Warranty Statement
Effective:
August 1, 2005
All products
manufactured by MIH Industries are warranted in the U.S.
and Canada for a period of (3) three years from the date of purchase to
the original purchaser, (powder coated finishes carry a one year
warranty). MIH Industries guarantees against manufacturer defects in
materials, workmanship, and finish under normal use excluding damage
resulting from road hazards, product misuse, improper installation,
impairments from collisions, product modifications, product neglect, or
vandalism. This three-year warranty applies only to new products and is
limited to the repair or replacement of MIH products. Original
purchaser must return defective merchandise, along with purchase
receipt, to the original place of purchase.
This warranty is not
transferable and all liability for incidental or
consequential loss or damage or expense, directly or indirectly,
arising from labor, freight, inconvenience, removal, installation, or
use of the product is excluded unless otherwise prohibited by State or
Provincial law(s).
Damaged/Defective Goods
MIH Industries
stands behind its products. If a product fails for any
reason, except abuse, within the warranty period, MIH Industries will
ship you a replacement upon confirmation and/or receipt of the
defective goods. Proof of damaged items must be provided to and
received before MIH Industries issues credit for replacement. This may
include an emailed digital photo, mailed regular photo, or return of
the damaged item. This proof will be requested at MIH Industries
discretion. Customers are required to pay return freight unless
merchandise is deemed defective or due to factory error.

Return Policy
MIH Industries
cannot accept returns and will not issue exchange credit
for products damaged due to the customer, including damage incurred
while shipping the product back to MIH Industries. Items must be
un-opened and properly packaged in original packaging. It is the
customer’s responsibility to properly package and provide insurance for
returned packages as well as handle any claims issues regarding damage
during return.
MIH Industries will
inspect all returned material prior to acceptance
to determine if credit, replacement, or return to stock is applicable.
Merchandise that is
returned to stock will be subject to a 35%
restocking fee, and is limited to current model years only.
Special
order (non-standard) items are non-exchangeable and
non-returnable. Freight
will not be credited. MIH Industries is not responsible for
arranging
for or paying for shipping returns.
