Headache Racks Click here for photo gallery As with all our products, the HEAVY DUTY HEADACHE RACK is HEAVY-DUTY!  The “main-frame” is constructed of  3/8" steel uprights and 16 gauge square tubing, providing a very stable frame.  The “window-vains” are made of 10 gauge steel welded onto ½” round solid stock which gives your back window maximum protection.  The Headache Rack and mounting feet are constructed so that adding a tool box to your rig is easy; it fits in between the bedrail mounting brackets.  The unit is available in Powder Coat only.  Our standard color is Black River 3mil coating for a top of the line coating performance.  Please note that other colors and textures are available upon request. * Custom vans available upon request for Trucks with sliding back glass More Links: Contact us for help and product info Site Map
